Shannon Salter is the Deputy Minister to the Premier, Cabinet Secretary, and Head of the BC Public Service in British Columbia. A pioneer in legal reform and access to justice, she previously served as Deputy Attorney General and was the co-creator and Chair of Canada's Civil Resolution Tribunal. She is also a recognized adjunct professor, King's Counsel appointee, and frequent international speaker on online dispute resolution, administrative law, and the intersection of law and technology.
