Jeremy Small is the CEO and founder of Jameson Legal, an award-winning international legal recruitment company and legal tech consultancy with offices in London, New York, and Dubai. Established in 2010, Jameson Legal serves top-tier clients, including leading US and UK law firms, sovereign wealth funds, fast-growing tech companies, and major global corporations. In 2021, Jeremy expanded the company's reach by launching Jameson Legal Tech, a consultancy helping legal technology companies grow their presence within the legal sector globally. Before founding Jameson Legal, Jeremy practiced law as a private equity and M&A lawyer at major firms in London. He transitioned to legal recruitment in 2004, starting in Singapore before growing his company into an international success. Jeremy is also a UK Ambassador for the European Legal Tech Association (ELTA) and advises several tech and legal tech startups, including Lexzur, Connectd, Amplified Global, and Mediabrain.
