Dr. Carri Ginter is a leading Estonian legal expert and international dispute resolution specialist, serving as Partner at Sorainen and Jean Monnet Professor of EU Law at the University of Tartu. With over two decades of experience, he has represented the European Commission, Estonian Government, and high-profile political and corporate clients before the EU Court of Justice and in complex constitutional matters. Dr. Ginter is an appointed arbitrator for ICSID, the EU’s trade agreements, and DIAC, and has earned numerous accolades including the Order of Merit of the White Star.
