Contracts.ai is my answer: transforming signed agreements into always-on intelligence that bridges the Legal–Finance divide. Most recently, I served as President of the Board of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), the world’s largest community of legal ops professionals. During my tenure, we expanded global membership, strengthened governance, and helped shape the industry’s next chapter. Before founding Contracts.ai, I spent over a decade building and scaling legal operations at Netflix, Spotify, and Cisco, where I led global teams and delivered foundational systems for contract management, data, and innovation.
