Attorney-at-law and assistant professor at the Faculty of Law, SWPS University (Warsaw). I work on the law of artificial intelligence: the EU AI Act, data protection, and professional standards for lawyers using AI. Plenipotentiary of the President of the National Bar Council of Attorneys-at-Law (KIRP) for New Technologies; co-author of the 2025 KIRP Recommendations on the use of AI-based tools by attorneys-at-law; member of the International Law Committee of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law; member of the Artificial Intelligence Committee of the Federation of European Bars (FBE); expert of the Team Europe Direct network at the European Commission. Founder and President of the Management Board of LuminAI Institute sp. z o.o., which delivers AI training for lawyers, public administration, and management boards.
