Kai Zenner is Digital Policy Adviser at the European Parliament. He focuses on AI and data policy, while trying to advance the EU’s digital transition and promoting Good Governance principles. Besides, he is 'Fellow of Practice' at TUM Think Tank, Member of the OECD.AI Network of Experts, and Member of the 'AI Governance Alliance' at the World Economic Forum. He has played a pivotal role in shaping major tech regulations, focusing on artificial intelligence and data governance frameworks. He is a frequent speaker on the digital transition, AI regulation, and the intersection of law and technology, and was recently recognized with the European AI Award for his significant contributions to tech policy.
