Holding LL.M. degrees from New York University and the National University of Singapore, he is a globally recognized expert in scaling digital justice to solve systemic, high-volume court backlogs. A former advisor to the Colombian Ministry of Justice, he bridges the gap between public legal infrastructure and agile legal tech, frequently contributing to international digital trade and justice frameworks alongside UNCITRAL.
