Iina-Mari is a Partner, Co-Head of Country, and Head of the Corporate group at Bird & Bird Finland, where she advises private equity and industrial clients on complex cross-border M&A transactions, particularly in the technology, communications, and energy sectors. With extensive experience in corporate governance and ESG matters, she is known for her pragmatic, business-focused approach and strong leadership. Beyond her legal practice, Iina-Mari is an active voice in the Finnish Bar Association and chairs the CCBE’s Young Lawyers Committee, where she advocates for the future of the legal profession and women in business law.
