Sandis is an attorney-at-law with more than 20 years of experience advising local and international clients, with a particular focus on dispute resolution. He has acted as both counsel and arbitrator in complex civil and commercial cases, including domestic and international arbitration, and serves as a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. His expertise spans public procurement, construction, environmental, and energy law, supported by a career at top-tier international law firms in Latvia. Ranked by Chambers, Legal 500, and IFLR1000 as a leading practitioner, Sandis is also dedicated to legal education as a guest lecturer at the Latvian Judicial Training Centre.
