Villu Kõve
Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Estonia since February 4, 2019. With a rich academic background, he successfully completed his PhD studies at the University of Tartu's Faculty of Law in 2009. During his tenure from 2014 to 2019, he held the crucial role of Chairman of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Estonia, further solidifying his expertise in jurisprudence.
