Laura is a digitalization expert passionate about building solutions that improve lives on a global scale. As part of Proud Engineers, she helps governments and international organizations design and implement digital societies, leading teams known for their expertise in eID, data exchange, policy, and law. Previously, she served as Chief Legal Officer for the CIO of the Estonian Government, where she played a key role in projects such as digital continuity, the world’s first data embassy, and the implementation of EU-wide legislation on e-authentication, electronic signatures, and cybersecurity. Known for her collaborative approach and forward-looking mindset, Laura continues to champion digital transformation that is both innovative and impactful.
