Karol Valencia is a dynamic lawyer, educator, and service designer, with over a decade of experience in the legal and tech industries. As the co-founder of WOW Legal Experience, she leads efforts in Legal Design and Design Operations, using her expertise to transform legal services through innovative, user-centered approaches. Karolโs background includes a law degree, a masterโs in business management and corporate social responsibility, and additional training in UX design, service design, and full-stack web development. Currently pursuing an international MBA in project management, Karol is passionate about bridging the gap between theory and practice to create better services and products for the legal sector.
