Triin Toom
Triin Toom is a Senior Associate at Sorainen, specializing in dispute resolution with a focus on complex corporate, financial disputes, and those involving cross-border elements and EU law. Recognized as a rising star by the Legal 500 in 2023 for her work in Estonia, Triin has played pivotal roles in Estonia’s rare squeeze-out cases and has supported innovative financial services amid regulatory challenges. As part of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector group, she works extensively with tech companies.
