Tim Cummins is the President of World Commerce & Contracting and a Law Professor at the University of Leeds. Recognized for his 25 years of leadership in Commercial and Contract Management, including developing the field's standards, he was named the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ in 2019. He founded the world’s only non-profit association dedicated to this discipline, assisting its 80,000 members in improving trading relationships.
